Hello, I’m Julia!
First and foremost I am a mum of two and I am also a wife to an RAF veteran who served until last year.
Used to a life juggling kids and being away from my husband frequently, I decided to retrain to support my family in a career without a commute!
Grace Social was born out of my love of helping people. My previous background was in public sector management with customer service.
I set up Grace Social in 2019 after completing my diploma in Strategic Social Media Marketing through Digital Mums. I have since gone on to graduate my training with one of the UK’s leading Facebook Ad experts, Emma Van Heusen, to become a Facebook (and Instagram) Ad Strategist. I have also recently added Pinterest management and advertising and Google Ads to my offers since undertaking extensive training in both.
As a keen writer my whole life, with a passion for words, during lockdown I completed a copywriting course through the Institute of Data and Marketing.
What makes me happy? I really love coffee, art, photography and sewing. Pretty much anything that’s creative makes me smile.
My past life was as a Visual Merchandiser for a few high street stores and I also studied at London College of Fashion.
Being a freelancer, I am always keeping on top of new trends and news about social media and digital marketing. I am always listening to a marketing or business podcast!
I am also part of three amazing paid membership network groups. The knowledge I can pull upon from these Social Media and Ad experts is incredible. It offers great advice and support in every aspect of my work, enabling you to know I have a whole virtual team around me!

*Grace is a family name by the way, in case you’re wondering?!
